HUNGRY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
This unique 9-week experience was created for anyone looking to launch their career in advertising. It was born out of the desire to bridge the gap between graduation and getting that first real job. A time that is often a struggle many young people face, especially young BIPOC talent.
Two years of research and planning went into facilitating a highly curated program that’s comprised of three distinct opportunities. Our interns get to 1) work with real clients 2) create a 360-branding campaign from the ground up and 3) learn about all the different agency disciplines and responsibilities.
My role was defining and creating the program itself (with the help of countless coworkers). I led our teams through the creation of all promotional materials, from the internship name and logo design to the messaging, look and feel. I was also able to support many elements of the day to day internship experience, whether it was mentoring the interns or leading our lunch n’ learns.
Hands down, the HUNGRY Internship program is one of my proudest career achievements.
